2. Investment Risk
Trading Forex and CFDs carries a high level of risk. You should only invest capital that you can afford to lose. SmartAITraders is not a bank; your portfolio value may fluctuate based on global currency market conditions.
3. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where Forex trading is legally permitted. You are responsible for providing accurate KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation during the verification process.
4. Withdrawal Policy
Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. However, during periods of extreme market volatility or bank holidays, processing times may extend up to 3 business days. We do not charge fees for the first two withdrawals of each month.

The proprietary AI models, trading logic, and interface design are the exclusive property of SmartAITraders. Reverse engineering or attempting to scrape our trading signals is strictly prohibited.
